Cookie policy

We use a small amount of necessary storage to run the site. Analytics and advertising cookies are only used if you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time using (also at the foot of every page). The site works the same whatever you choose.
Necessary (always on)
- ps-consent-v1 (PropSignals, browser storage, 12 months) — remembers your cookie choices.
- sb-…-auth-token (Supabase, browser storage, until you log out) — keeps you signed in.
- Short-lived form storage (PropSignals, this browser tab only) — prevents duplicate submissions.
- Stripe cookies on Stripe's own checkout pages — secure payment and fraud prevention.
Analytics (optional)
- _ga, _ga_* (Google Analytics, up to 2 years) — counts visits and how pages are used. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off.
- _clck, _clsk (Microsoft Clarity, 1 year / 1 day) — heatmaps and session recordings of clicks, scrolls and page movement. Typed text is masked and not sent. Microsoft keeps recordings for 30 days (some samples up to 9 months).
- propsignals_attribution_v1 (PropSignals, browser storage) — remembers which link first brought you to the site.
Advertising (optional)
- _fbp, _fbc (Meta, 90 days) — measures which Meta adverts brought you here and lets Meta show you our adverts again.
- _gcl_au and related Google Ads storage (Google, 90 days) — measures Google Ads conversions and enables remarketing.
If you allow advertising cookies and then request a sample or start a subscription, we also tell Meta about that action from our server, as explained in our privacy notice.
Counting visits without cookies
We also count visits to our public pages in a way that uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. For each page we record which page it was, the advert or website that sent you (if any), whether you were on a phone, tablet or computer, and on leaving how long you stayed, how far you scrolled, whether you tapped anything and whether you started or sent a form. We do not record your IP address or anything that identifies you or your device, and we keep these counts for 24 months. They help us see whether our pages work, including for visitors who decline cookies.
Changing your mind
Use Cookie settings at any time. Turning a category off stops it straight away, removes its cookies from this site and reloads the page.
