Is this mortgage advice?
No. The pack calculates figures from the details you give us and recent local evidence. Mortgage advice is a separate service from TLD Wealth Management.
Why do I need to add my rental first?
Each pack is built from your own rental: its address, type, bedrooms and rent. Adding it takes about 2 minutes, is free for up to 2 rentals and needs no card. You buy the pack from your dashboard.
When do I get it?
Straight away. As soon as your payment goes through, the pack opens in your Portfolio Builder, ready to edit, print or save as PDF, and we email you to say it is there.
Is it a subscription?
No. A pack is a one off payment for one property (the tax year pack covers every rental for one tax year). Nothing renews.
Can I get every pack instead?
Yes. Register Ready includes every pack for every rental, for £59 a year for up to 3 rentals.
